Motion charts at https://www-iepm.slac.stanford.edu/pinger/pinger-metrics-motion-chart.html is failing it no longer displays the contents of the charts. Umar looked at the problem and suggested a solution. Les applied solution but did not fix in Chrome or Firefox. See PingER Metrics Motion Chart#October2019 for details.
