How to get a Confluence account

A prerequisite for getting a Confluence account is to be a registered member of the CDMS Collaboration. The registration page is linked here.

Confluence is widely used by the CDMS collaboration, so if you are working on the experiment you need access to Confluence.  There are two ways to get access to Confluence: via a SLAC cloud account (described below) or by linking a SLAC computer account to Confluence.  For most people in the collaboration, a cloud account will be the right choice.

How to register as a SLAC user and get a computer account

A prerequisite for becoming a SLAC user and getting a full computer account is to be a registered member of the CDMS Collaboration. The registration page is linked here.

Computing accounts are only needed if you are a SLAC employee or are a non-employee who needs to log in to SLAC computers.  There is a non-trivial amount of overhead associated with obtaining a SLAC computer account, so please only request one if you know that your work in the collaboration will require it.
