Proposed dates Are May 29-31, 2.5-day meeting, with the main focus on the installation, calibration, and run plan, as well as first results from 2016 data.

- Status of the hodoscope construction (Rafo)
Hodoscope assembly is complete, survey group feducialized scintillator plans relative to the flange. Cosmic tests will start end of this week. Two new multianode PMTs have been ordered.

Processing of the full data set is done. Currently working to sort out failed jobs, ~5% of total.
