As of SDK V2.0.0, the Linux kernel now supports the XAUI 10GE MAC.
To enable this feature:
Connect the COB front panel port labeled 10G to the external 10G network.
Update RCE to SDK V2.0.0.
Load RCE with fpga.bit.10GAxi or another user bitfile containing the XAUI 10GE firmware. (see Updating RCE Firmware)
Due to performance limitations of the Zynq hardware, the Linux network stack, and firmware, a single RCE cannot deliver full 10G throughput
The RCE firmware does not support 10G network speeds.
