We have processed several LPA runs in the DEV pipeline with this version of L1Proc.

LCI runs don't work for now, but this can be fixed after the public release.

We can easily switch back to the previous version of L1Proc before the FSSC switches over to the new photon database (we probably have approximately a few hours week to rollback, if needed).
