This is the commentary for GlastRelease v6r0.
New TkrRecon
This is the first version of GlastRelease to contain the revamped TkrRecon. The Tkr Recon TDS classes have changed. This, in turn, required that the system tests scripts be updated to account for the change. Some of the TkrRecon distributions in the system tests are made slightly differently, all plots are now only created from the first two tracks in the event (previously all the tracks were used). This changes the total number of events in the plots, however there are no obvious significant differences in the TkrRecon plots between v6r0 (new recon) and v5r0p2 (old recon).
Some of the TkrRecon variables used to calculate the IM quantities (event classification variables) are no longer produced by TkrRecon. So the IM variables are no longer calculated and are not present in the merit tuple.
The histograms that depended on cuts on IM variables (psf, energy resolution) are no longer filled.
Trigger bits definition
The definition of the trigger bits (in GltWord) has been changed as agreed at the last collaboration meeting.
