Reason for change
A bunch of new features:
- administrator page to edit point sources information
- tabular view of light curves
- view of tentative associations for each detected source
- applet for visualization of fits files
Plus bug fixes.
Test Procedure
This version has been tested on the DEV server.
Rollback procedure
Version 0.2.1 can be easily put back in place.
