1. Consolidation of the Beamline Schedule (Marco, Stepan)
   1. The current baseline cosniders considers the HPS experiment installed inside the alcove downstream the CLAS12 experiment in Hall-B. This decision was taken after consultation with the JLAB management, but after the submission of the proposal in May'13. An appendix and en implementation plan were developed to describe the feasibility as well as the impact on the schedule of bith both experiments.
