The next steps are not as time-critical. Not filling these out in advance can delay your computer account activation by about a day. Fill out the two (unfortunately) non-electronic forms here and return them ( as email attachments , if you choose) to cpo@slac.stanford.edu. One of the forms requires a signature, so it needs to be scanned in order to be emailed. The other is a pdf, and can be filled in entirely electronically.
