Ignoring Macro

- Sort-of "meta"-macros that can ignore other macros
- Useful, if e.g. the fault hardware misbehaves
- Can be set active or inactive (by MPS engineers, not operators)
- If active, it is important to know the minimum rate the MPS would allow, if the macro became inactive
- Note: Some macros are always evaluated
- Stored in the Logic DB
