Subject:	80MHz uC5282 support

NOTE: This message ONLY addresses the uC5282 BSP.

Recently, basic support for 80MHz boards has been added
(/afs/slac/package/rtems/4.9.4/target/rtems_p1/ssrlApps_p3)
but unfortunately the system clock was ticking wrong due to a bug in the 
uC5282 clock driver.

A fix has been applied to the existing rtems_p1/ssrlApps_p3 installation, so 
rebooting any uC5282 should pick it up.

NOTE: It is recommended to re-flash 80MHz boards with the current version of 
'netboot'
(/afs/slac/package/rtems/4.9.4/target/rtems_p1/ssrlApps_p3/m68k-
rtems/uC5282/img/netboot.flashimg.bin
has been updated).
