REMARKS

Remark on missing observations:  Many instruments agreed in participating in this campaign, but they have not yet provided their respective observing schedules. The web page will be updated every time new observations are provided. In the case of some instruments (like Swift), it might be difficult to plan observations at specific times, hence the observing schedule will be updated `a posteriori`.

Remark on radio obs. with RATAN-600, Effelsberg and Metsahovi:  Only approximate dates are currently available. The exact schedule will be posted as soon as it is fixed.

Remark on observations with OVRO:  The source will be observed at 15 GHz about twice per week during the entire campaign. The schedule is however not yet available.

Remark on VLBA obs.:  Parsec-scale 5-43 GHz spectra of jets.

Remark on Swift schedule:  The observations are taken in the framework of several ToO approved by the Swift team (Targed ID 30793). On a best effort basis, the Swift team will try to match dates (and often also observing times) from RXTE observations (which are already coordinated with ground instruments). The start times are obtained from the information reported in the tables at the following URL: http://www.asdc.asi.it/mmia/index.php. For days from May26 to May29th the Swift instrument will be observing Mrk501 several times a day (2 of them close in time to MAGIC and Whipple/VERITAS observing time windows) as part of a new ToO triggered by the flux incrase at TeV, GeV and keV frequencies detected by MAGIC and Whipple, Fermi and RXTE/Swift the days prior to May 26th. For the observations that have not occurred/planned, the days reported in the table are the ones from RXTE observations, which are the goal/wished time windows for Swift observations.

Remark on Swift UVOT schedule:  For simplicity, only observing times from the Swift/UVOT W2 filter are being displayed.

Remark on RXTE schedule:  All the RXTE have been done or scheduled.

Remark on Suzaku obs.:  A 65 ks observation is planned with Suzaku. This observation will be split in 2 and will be peformed during the days March 23th and March 25th (time windows specified in the table below).

Remark on MAGIC schedule:  The observations during June and July have not yet been scheduled. The initial plan is to have 3 observations of 2 hours (separated by 5 days) every month, in the same fashion as for March, April and May. Besides that, there will short (10-15 min) observations during twilight whenever possible. Because of a drive system update, MAGIC will be out of operation in the period April 27th to May 05th (approx.)
