Hiring	job description for intermediate software developer has been approved and posted. Our HR partner will start looking for candidates.
Retirement Party	Weather isn't great, let's reschedule Bruce's retirement party.
EPICS Build Analysis Tool	Consider tools for looking at dependencies in EPICS builds, starting with https://github.com/hmbui/EpicsBuildAnalysis
Message Logging System	Ernest mentioned that Greg White has started writing requirements for message logging software. He suggested requirements and designs be documented using Jacquie Garrahan's templates. Laura voiced an interest in working on the project with Jesse.
EPICS on S3DF	Ernest will install EPICS on S3DF cluster, including cross compiling for various target
LLNL Review	Alex Wallace was looking for EPICS people to participate in a review of work at Lawrence Livermore National Lab. Ernest mentioned enough experts have been identified.
Beam Schedule	Ernest provided a copy of the current beam schedule
Recent Safety Issue	The DOE has approved the document describing our response to a recent safety incident.
Bruce's Task Handover	We need to review the items on Bruce's list of outstanding tasks. Found here: B. Hill Retirement Handover
Interview Process	Laura suggested having a defined interview process for candidates, such as including a display of technical knowledge during second round interviews. A previous process was documented but forgotten.
