- Design draft revision 3 notes:
- Stanford and SLAC logos on top panels should be Stanford on one side and SLAC on the other. Not both on each side as designed.
- Kiosks should have both logos on each
- Alternate SLAC and Stanford logos over each doorway.
- Will utilize TV cart (already acquired by SU) instead of wall mounting.
- Neal to look into video management software, maybe Communications has some ideas?
- Phil has a good line on Genetics graphic.
- Will use full panel graphics (i.e not split)
- Neal will meet with Communications for more current artwork and any loose posters for use inside the booth.
- Phil has approval for a 1GB SCINET line to the booth for demos
- Will utilize an acrylic panel on each side of the hot aisle to enhance the effect.
- Meet soon to go over what content we have.
- Phil will be booth boss
- People to serve 3hr stints at the booth; may have them do demos during their time.
