Originally I received the following errors:

irfs\pyIrfLoader\build{color}Windows-i386-32bit\src{color}pyIrfLoader.i(39): Error: Template 'vector' undefined.
scons: *** [irfs\pyIrfLoader\build{color}Windows-i386-32bit\src{color}pyIrfLoader_wrap.cc] Error 5
Solution:
Turns out that Joanne encountered the same problem. I had to update my copy of externals.scons with externals.scons, revision 1.44 in cvs, which Joanne submitted earlier for a fix.

Notes:

(info) This originally failed to build because swig_setup_wrap.cc could not find "pointlike/FlexibleBinner.h."  To get this to build, I had to make the following changes

  1. In the file, "swig_setup_wrap.cc" I commented the line:  #include "pointlike/FlexibleBinner.h"
  2. I also had to add the following line to the SConscript:  swigEnv.Tool("pointlikeLib")
