- Timed mode: to make repeatable deposits when the deposit time is known.
- Steady mode: the EFD will blow air whilst the external trigger is pressed. The external trigger is either a footpedal (in the manual) or the serial link to the robot in our setup.
- Teach mode: essentially is the same as steady but will save the deposit time the trigger was high for,
