Where is the SLIC manual

The SLIC manual gives basic instructions for running the simulation along with a description of LCDD.

Manual Is Out Of Date

The manual has not been updated in awhile, so it is a bit out-of-date. Probably the best source of information, for the time being, is the SLIC FAQ, SLIC wiki page, or the SLIC homepage.
